Fellowship House: Reimagining The Digital Front Door

Our team at CCA launched a full website redesign for Fellowship House, creating a modern digital experience that better serves individuals seeking help as well as their families. The new site was built with a completely reimagined user experience (UX), making it easier for prospective clients to navigate key information about treatment, understand the admissions process and quickly connect with the Fellowship House team. Clear pathways, streamlined navigation and improved mobile functionality ensure that people can find the help they need—when they need it most.

Beyond the redesign, CCA also developed a long-term content strategy centered around search visibility and education. We manage Fellowship House’s monthly blog, creating SEO-driven content that helps the organization rank for important recovery and treatment-related searches. This ongoing content program not only strengthens their online presence but also provides valuable information for individuals and families researching addiction treatment and recovery resources.

To further expand the organization’s digital presence, we also built and launched an integrated online store where supporters can purchase Fellowship House branded merchandise. The store allows the organization to share its mission beyond the treatment environment while giving alumni, families, and supporters a way to represent and support the recovery community. Together, the redesigned website, SEO-driven content program, and ecommerce platform create a stronger digital ecosystem that helps Fellowship House reach more people and extend its impact.

The project reflects CCA’s approach to building digital platforms that are not only visually strong, but strategically designed to drive engagement and action. By combining thoughtful UX, strong content strategy, and integrated functionality, the new Fellowship House website serves as a powerful tool for connecting people with the support and resources they need.
